Considering that we invented most of them it seems only fair that we get
to decide what they are called.

BTW - it's quite interesting that 2 of your "national sports" are based
on English games normally played by schoolgirls (Hockey & Rounders) and
that the other is a "wussed down" version of the Men's sport of Rugby
football. :-}
