| If there is one system component that makes Unreal 2 blaze along at high
| speed what would that component be?
| The CPU or memory or graphics card? Or a combination of these?

I've a AMD 3200+ with 400MHz FSB and 1024MB PC3200 ram.
It's coupled with a GF FX5900 (clocked at 450/900 - the FX5900 Ultra is at
450/850) and a Asus A7N8X motherboard.

Even on this system I'm getting down to the 20ies in fps from time to time, but
most of the time 55+.

It's a game that will run great in a couple of years :\
