you are definitly a bit low on the frame rate. what card did you have before? did you completely remove the old drivers? also if UT 2003 is acting up, try renaming or deleting the UT2003.ini file from the Ut2003 system folder , then it will generate a new one when you run it next , this solved a problem with mine when i "tweaked" the game a bit too much and got worse performance. Also are you running AA or AF? On my 9700 pro i found i get 60+ fps with 4x AA and 16 x performance AF. I have an xp 2200 and a AIW 9700 pro.
