Just a note to say Hi. First impressions of unreal after playing it for
10 hours or so, awesome single player, sucky multiplayer. I have a cable
modem so i should get a great game but the players jerk around quite a bit
and can't see my weapons fire much. Though it seems like I am doing better
then most people.
The single player is great though. This very well may be the first game
since CLASSIC QUAKE that I actually finish. HAHHHAHAHA.
Planetquake mentions variables that you can change and I've done all of
these and they have helped make single player cool and multi-player better
but not good.
FLAMEON!!!: why did they design this game so that you have to manually
set how much memory to usIE the variable mentioned on PLANETQUAKE, can't
remember the name of it. Why not just have the game grab all the memory it
can??
3DFX PROBLEM: not unreal specific but my screen doesn't reach all the
way over to the right on all games except for QUAKEII. About 1/20th of the
screen is a black bar on the right, how can I adjust this???
Great to have this newsgroup
