What port does UT determine ping on?

I gotta problem. I've been on this for a couple of weeks because It's
driving me nuts and I haven't been able to solve it.

I have been getting disconnected at what seems to be random intervals when
playing UT online. I had reason to think it was hardware... but now I
don't. I replaced it all. I'm on a new NIC, a new gigabit switch, new
cable, and I even swapped out routers today.

Now, I think it could be related to the fact that I am behind a load
balancing router with more than one internet connection. If UT doesn't
handle all of its traffic through 7777, then maybe I'm running into issues
where some traffic is on one of my public IPs and some traffic is ending up
on aother public IP. I'm going to guess that could be enough to cause a
problem on either the client or the server side.

I have 7777 bound to my "main" (read: lowest latency) internet connection.
Ping and Telnet are port 23. - Because of a specific telnet need, I have
port 23 bound to my other internet connection.

Does UT use port 23 for the ping/latency data?

Six, if it does I have never seen it. I have my routers all locked solidly
down and I have never opened anything near that and never had a problem.
