I used to play a few servers where admins could gag a player.  I remember
one of my pals being gagged for a couple of months on one of our favorite
servers.

Anyone know what mod creates gag?

Six we use nexgen controller on our servers. It's really nice, silent admin, 
full featured. Will temp/perm  ban/gag. If you want a tour, let me know.

Glad to help. It's open source too (nice). The guys coding it are buddies 
with my site admin (Skillz in the thread). If you need a custom plug-in or 
change, give me a ring and I'll whip one up. I'm working now on one for 
monsterhunt.
