How about getting a PC that can actually run the game - many things can 
be said about UT3 but fuzzy bit map images and bad graphics are really 
on the list.

The full game is much worse - resolution is limited to 640x480 in 256 
colors and there is no sound :-)

Try reading some of the other posts in this group before you post. Oh, 
and should you need to post a new thread again then use a subject which 
does not look like you want to start a flame war.

Guess again. x1950XTX, e6600, and 4 gig of ram, , ,The graphics itself 
are fine, , but the textures put in the game suck. .

someone be looking to start a flame war in a group that has had less

self has pointed out, the similar points have been made in other posts,

help you not look as stupid as you have in this thread, and I hope you 
are intelligent enough, and mature enough to follow it: Step 1, engage 
your brain. step 2, if brain isn't functioning, go get your mommy to

Textures, that's what I mean, kind of fuzzy even at 1080 res.
I didn't want to push my machine for more!
My PC is about 4 years old, Pentium 2.8 ghz, ATI Wonder 9600 128 meg 
video card!
I'm glad tried the demo and didn't spend money on the full game yet.

Maybe you should take a look at the subject used in the post that 
started this thread. A headline which says "UT3 demo sucks" is not 
really a good warm-up for any sort of questions but looks more like 
someone just wanting to diss the game (and like in the old days carry on 
with something like Q3 rules).

You could also take a look back in the history of this group - you 
should easily find some old relics proving that I'm not very likely to 
of an age where I use my mommy's computer.

You totally missed the point. Sure there is little traffic in this group 
but the most of it is rather informative, so why not promote the use of 
what's all ready written rather than go for repetitiveness.

So you have a problem with his opinion of the game, get over it. Don't
like someone else's opinion, and don't want to see it, stay away from
the forum or killfilter those people, but don't expect people to NOT
post just because you want to keep your head stuck in the sand and not
admit there are people that don't like it.

You're still missing the point, mainly because you can't handle the
fact that someone isn't that impressed with the game. Maybe YOU are
used to haveing someone speak for you,. , but not everyone feels that
way. It's easy for you to ignore the fact that the game isn't like by
some people when there's only ONE negative post. Sorry, like doesn't

I'm fine with his opinion of the game. I disagree but that is not the 
point. The point is that the subject of a post should reflect what it is 
about. Had the subject been something like "UT3 demo sucks. Is the full 
game any better?" then it would have told clearly it was a question and 
not someone stating a fact of life.

This place is better than that. agut has allways been about debating UT 
a constructive level even if the use of irony and harsh words is part of 
that the name-calling is something not welcome. Maybe you should go to a 
Q3 group and seek people which will play your game.

This is a newsgroup, what did you expect other than people's opinion? If 
you can't figure out that in a newsgroup, something such as "UT3 Demo 
Sucks" is someone's OPINION, then I'm not sure how you can function in
