Enable microphone usage under Linux (UT2004)

Linux is great for UT2004, IMO. Been playing it over a year and am
becoming a UT addict :-)

But I could not get the mike to work and it's handy for team play. The
Unreal docs don't cover it and I looked for a long time with no luck.
Finally stumbled across the answer at...

http://icculus.org/lgfaq/

In particular...

http://icculus.org/lgfaq/#ut2k4voip

Add this file...

~/.openalrc

Containing...

define devices '(alsa)
define alsa-out-device "hw:0,0"
define alsa-in-device "plughw:0,0"
define speaker-num 2

IOW...

cat ~/.openalrc
define devices '(alsa)
define alsa-out-device "hw:0,0"
define alsa-in-device "plughw:0,0"
define speaker-num 2

Also first check the FAQ for minor tweaks to the file. My SBLive and
mike now work perfect under Slackware 10.2.
