Hi guys.

Just a friendly reminder to warn you about some stolen files that are
being distributed by someone from Sacramento California named Ken
Ditto, aka RUSH, aka [SP], who has been caught stealing maps and other
material from several Unreal and UT websites.

For example the map "Ditto's Cinema" is actually a UT map called
"Savage Cinema" by DMF Randy Savage

The map "Ditto's Playground" is actually another UT map called
"Nightyme Playground" by NBK Steven Willard

The map "Ditto's Basement" is another UT map called "Skully's
Basement", by SUF Skully

It's interesting to note that when confronted by the real author of
Skully's Basement, Ken Ditto all of a sudden suffered from a
convenient loss of memory and tried to claim he had stolen the map
"inadvertently".

What actually happened though is he not only switched the author's
name from Skully to RUSH, he also changed the map's Title to Ditto's
Basement, he changed the filename to DM-DittosBasement, and he changed
the Level Entry Text to "Welcome to Ditto's Basement!!!"

This was obviously not done "inadvertently".

Immediately after that, Ken Ditto deleted his entire forum so that no
one would find out about it.

He then claimed to have accidentally deleted his forum due to
"technical difficulties".

Luckily, we have a copy so everyone can see for themselves. :-)

It should also be noted that Ken Ditto has a prior record of theft,
fraud and plagiarism and that any material containing the words Ken
Ditto, Rush, Assualt, SP, etc, means it was NOT made by Ken Ditto, and
Ken Ditto is emphatically not the author or owner of anything with his
name on it.

UT developers are advised to check their property against anything
distributed by Ken Ditto or http://www.snipersparadise.net for
evidence of theft, fraud and copyright infringement.

Please forward a copy of this warning to all related forums, websites
and other UT developers.

Regarding SkullysBasement, which you renamed DittosBasement:
Do you tell everyone that you make these maps?
I made this map, and now I find it, among others I have made....names
changed, textures changed....and the Authors name changed...
What ever happened to leaving the authors name on a map?...
Would you steal a book, and copy your name over the writers name, then
re-publish it? NO!!
I suggest you take it off yer 'server'.

Because of some technical difficulties (i.e., I was being a
