I only know of one aimbotter who's got past that. When we installed it we caught a lot of players who are now quite effectively excluded. > For UT99, the best cheat protection is no cheat protection. There was a time when it was - when CSHP and Pure were being deliberately targetting, but their days as useful anticheat are long gone. > One of my network admin pals tells me that it might be possible to actually > rotate servers without disconnecting clients between games. The upsurge we had when UT3 came out was noticable on ut99, and when Steam started selling UT99 for about six dollars we saw another surge. We generally get 70-100 players a night on the multiplay ut99 servers. We peaked a few months ago at 130 or so. I still play every day and find good clean games. Ut99 ain't dead yet!
