If it's blocky make sure the screen percentage slider is at 100%. But yeah, I'm not too crazy about the textures either. To my eyes there are some places where it looks *worse* with the world detail set to max than when the detail is set to 1. I'm hoping that what were seeing is a problem with the demo only, due to highly compressed textures (to keep the download size reasonable).
