Sorry, but it rings no real bells. I ran through my map folder for any 
possible candidate but none fit your description even passingly. Perhaps a 
repost to the Atari forum or the unreal ed forums? You might even try to 
drop Angelmapper an email (quick google will give you the link. Don't want 
to post it). I always found he/she very helpful when I had any sort of 
question.
I say he/she in the kindest way too. He was currently undergoing a change to 
she a little over a year ago. If you can get past that sort of thing, Angel 
knows her way around the UT engine.

Maybe a little renewed interest in UT3 might bring a few people back around. 
I too miss them. It would be much more enjoyable now to be able to hear you 
guys on voicecomm. (It would be MORE nice to get pwned by someone 
occasionally who's voice has bothered to change)
