I actually bought the DVD but it's open source and you can get it off P2P. It comes with America's Army, UT2004, Doom3 and a bunch of other demos already installed. You can run an NVidia video driver off the DVD and get great performance for a live version. (Not to mention the author is a great guy and answers his forums quite regularly) He gave me one-on-one help several times and in my book that's pretty classy.
