The alt.games.unreal.tournament group was created 1/2 year ago by an idiot
who failed to produce a charter and failed to produce a proposal in
alt.config. The newsgroup always empty because, well, nobody has the
newsgroup. It was rmgrouped by Usenet admins due to failure to follow
appropriate Usenet procedure in establishing an appropriate alt.* group.
