Download mIRC (www.mirc.com). That's the easiest IRC as it's widely
supported.

Hmm. Unless Epic decided to nerf the IRC client in a final patch, you
should be able to connect to any IRC network from within UT. I know that
sometimes that doesn't work though, and UT's IRC simply does sod all. The
only way to correct that is to use an external IRC client... like
XChat^H^H^H^H^HmIRC.
