Could the low turnout in the fests be due to the fact the meeting is on irc?
Maybe lots of agut'ers can't/don't use irc. ?

Was it like this in the past or has everyone really gone to 2003. ?

Maybe a mailing list on the day would be good with details/server/password
if info is not wanted to be posted on usenet.?
heck i'll even send an email if that how you wanna get the details.
Good / really stupid idea?
Even stick the details on a web page for the night.

Are all aguters all busy on the day (tba) ? or just can't be arsed to come?
