My favorite ut server has netspeed set to 20000 and I ping 20-40 all the time. My cable service is 3.5m down and 500 up (fast). My problem is lag and packet loss which occurs sporadically day and night. I thought it was my isp but now believe its my favorite server. Does the server capping the netspeed cause lag for a fast player?? Thanks.
