I love every one of the Thief games. I never got to play Thief Gold though. Has anyone here played it? Were the extra levels good? Wanda

From memory, two of the three added levels now house some of the Talismans, leading to certain areas in a level in the sunken city where there used to be entrances being walled off. I didn't like the Mage's tower, don't think I ever finished it without cheat, too weird. Were the extra levels good? > Wanda > > > this is a huge problem actually. thief gold is the best of all of the games and i want to recommend it to other ppl because it's just SO amazingly good. but i can't. why? because it's not worth the headache of making it work, and keeping it working! i don't even play it anymore and i miss it soooo much! it's too bad someone hasn't realized the potential of updating and repacking it like their did with tomb raider. it's not the original, no, but insanely fun to play for nostalgia alone!
