if there are, i hope they go back to the thief 1/gold way and NOT even 
remotely like t3.  that game was just awful.  had they stuck to the 
formula it would have been so much better, IMO.

they didn't leave much wiggle room after t3 anyway so the best we could 
hope for is a prequel, which wouldn't be any fun.  we already know what 
garret is capable of, so why would we want to play a neutered version?

  You don't think it's significant that at the end of T3 Garret picked up
an ... 'apprentice'?

  Garret's story is probably finished -- at least there's nothing obvious
that needs to be told. But taffery is not something Garret

not really, no.  the ending was, to me, just the story coming full 
circle.  i don't think they could make anything different out of it than 
we've already played, with a slight twist.

    Thanks, btw, people, for not revealing the ending.  I've started T3 a 
couple times now, and haven't finished.  So no spoilers plz :)
