Head down towards the "red light" district from the area of town where you started. Just before you turn left onto the red light street, look up. There's a tower with a beam sticking out and a small window. The window is too little to get into, but put a rope arrow into the beam and jump to the archway roof to the right. Walk around the roof to the other side of the tower and look up again. There's another, larger window and beam. That's the way in. Nightwalker
