Actually there is a bug in this mission. You really don't need the
explosive device found in the center room after the north gate, nor do you
need the fire arrow in the leftside room. Just toss a lit flare at that
unpickable locked door in the rightside room. Flares will ignite the
sunburst bomb and often I toss a lit flare while leaning around a corner to
set off the blast (and lean back after the toss so I don't get injured). I
noticed that when the flared missed the sunburst bomb but hit the door, the
door opened. Then I reloaded and tried just tossing a lit flare are the
door. It opened.

I know a lot of taffers are not good marksman with the bow so the switches
over the statues are going to peeve many players. They are hard to hit,
especially the side ones. I actually found it easier to use moss arrows
instead of broadheads.

As regards to the vault loot, by your statement it appears you haven't yet
gotten into the vault. You already have one key to open one of the 2 doors
(the inner one) for the vault. It's the one you used to get inside the
bank. You don't need a key to open the outer doors. Now what might that
watcher be protecting?
