The Supply room is on the hallway that's through the doors from the kitchen.
You also found your BJ in a room on that hallway.  The Supply room has two
locks, which you hopefully have keys for by this point.  There's one thing
that I need to warn you about though.  Occasionally, the objective to
destroy the stuff in the Supply room won't tick off, even when everything
has been blown to bits.  If you hit that, you'll know it's a bug.  I've
played the mission a number of times and only been caught with it once, so
there's a good chance it will all work perfectly.

In the water, down at bottom of that long staircase in the same area as the
Grand Liege's house, there's one place that you have to rope arrow up to.
At the far side from the dock, there's an opening high on the wall, with
boxes floating in the water below it.  You can rope arrow into a beam that
juts out above it if you stand on a box.  You need to get up in there to
find the "Burrick Gate" key, which you need to end the mission.
