There's a lever on the wall in the bedroom that lowers a ladder.

You find the key for the doors later on.  There are 2 spots that look like
secret doors up there.  One of them isn't a door, just a texture, but the
other one is.  You can't get in from that side,though.  It's an exit from
somewhere else later in the mission.

That's plenty.  There's lots more to come in the Keep.  This is a terrific
mission.  I've always loved the black and white theme that gives you the
feeling you're playing in an old horror movie. Enjoy!
