There's an interesting interview with Warren Spector that I found with
Google over at http://www.xgr.com/article.php?article=1693 , where he
discusses several things, but I found his views on the direction of game
design to be the most interesting parts.  Part 3 of the interview also
touches Thief 3, among other things.
