I'm skeptical about a hypothetical authoritative list of standards taht includes 'use all caps for emphasis' despite the customary interpretation of all-caps as shouting, with the superiority of caps over asterisks asserted on the basis of the latter's looking "stupid." But, even without a hyperlink, I'll give you the point. Mea culpa (hey, you're right- I'm so terrible with English that I have to use Latin to express myself- my bad). I was wrong. Eep, your writing is a flawless tapestry of meaning in comparison to which my urine-stained burlap scrap of a vocabulary is revealed in all its shamefulness. There was no hypocrisy involved in your first post (nor in any post before or since), and my attempt to draw humor from the errors which I foolishly believed were present was clearly seen by all as the work of an inferior class of human- if indeed a human at all. I can only be thankful that I didn't go on about it for seven posts calling people names and reciting my own catchphrases as if they were sutras meant to protect me from criticisms that I had invited upon myself. Now, would you please killfile me already. It couldn't possibly make discussions between us any more one-sided than they already are.
