I found your original post by using Google Groups, so I now know what your
problems are with Lord Binclair.  Spoilers follow, so be warned!











The "Skeleton key" is really your missing lockpick.  The mission was made by
someone who didn't speak English and this can be a bit confusing.  Go into
the courtyard that has the entrance to the street, the entrance to the wine
cellar and the stairs up to the house.  Go in under the stairs and look for
a hole that you can crawl through.  It will take you to the room where you
find your lockpick.

There is one guard that you can see walking past a gate by the cemetary.
There is nothing in that area except the guard.  I piled boxes up once and
climbed in to check.  He's just there for show.

I won't tell you where anything else is, because once you've got your
lockpick you may be able to find some more yourself.  If you still need
help, post or e-mail me.  This is a really fun mission and it's hard to
enjoy it if you get too frustrated.
