At the very top of the Barracks.

You probably missed the entrance to the chapel like I did...after you enter
the barracks and you go up the stairs, follow the corridor and turn to face
the left...there's a dark patch on the wall which looks only like a shadow,
but is in fact a doorway into a dimly lit chapel area with stained glass
windows.
