I suppose the answer will become clear soon, but just in case...
Is there a best place to find replays? Is there an official
Blizzard source? A single source sanctioned by Blizzard?

Thanks.

There are a few places online for replays - try googling for "sc2
replays". One site is: http://www.sc2replayed.com/

However, I much prefer to watch replays with commentary on YouTube as
they explain things that I would otherwise miss.

I like the following commentators:

HDStarcraft - http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=HDstarcraft
AskJoshy - http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=AskJoshy
HuskyStarcraft - http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=HuskyStarcraft
