>FUCK YOU AND YOUR FACTS!The only reason why the US lost Vietnam is because >we as a nation was fighting a war with both hands tied behind our >back!Screw the Olympics. No one really watches them anymore.Rely on Allies >you say.Boy we sure didn't have and fucking allies when we were starting >out as a country and larger empires laughed at us.We still won our wars >without allies. And if you studied war history books very well you would >know that Iraq had the 4th largest millitary in the world then and we >whipped thier asses in a war in 2 week,no thanks to France or the United >Nations.I fear and hate people like you because its people like you that >make proud countries fall.If you don't agree with me now e-mail me and >I'll slam your ass down with REAL facts to the point where you will get >your head out of your ASS! Yikes... calm down yank. You lost the Vietnam war cause of your government. The soldiers did a great job, it was the asshole running your country who fucked up. No one watches the olympics? Thats funny... considering that they're the most watched television program when they're on... I'd say you fucked up somewhere. 4th largest military? I didn't know that, and you may be right. However... if you'd bother to learn about the tactics, it's pretty easy to see why the allies. From what I've been told (Possibly not a reliable source, but this is the info I'm going on) Saddam was prepared for a WWII style war... mines, beacheads, the works. He wasn't expecting what the allies did to him. (I say Allies because I know at least the French and the Candians, probably the English too were involved) Now, dont get me wrong, he still lost. Just cause you don't expect something, doesn't mean you were cheated. He lost, and he lost badly. Please, tell me these real facts... I'm sure you fucked them up somewhere.. >Now I don't agree with that Kat guy on his viewpoint, but it is a fact that >we had allies in almost all of the wars we fought...with the possible >exception of Spanish-American War and War of 1812, not sure about that >one...but see if you agree with me: War of 1812 you say? Geez... what happened there... a defeat perhaps? <gasp> Not the incredible fucking American empire... Oh well... we're all not Canadian I suppose. >1. French and Indian---England >2. Revolution---France >3. WW I and II---of course, the Allies >4. Korean War---basically, the UN minus Soviet Union and China >5. Gulf War---again, the major powers and some Arabic countries > >You could even count the Vietnam War, not significantly, because South Korea >had some units in there, although the US was a VAST majority of the fighting >force... >The thing with wars is that you never want to go it alone unless you have >to...too many uncertainties...you want to kow that there are friends out >there to bail you out if anything goes wrong, and hey, I'd rather not see >ALL of the casualties list as American soldiers, when this is all a UN >issue...if the UN wants our money and our troops, let them support us with >men of their own...American blood isnt cheaper because we are a >superpower...I believe we can go at it alone, but why should we do all the >dirty-work... This I agree with, the fact that Allies are good. American blood isn't cheaper? No. I would never say that. It's stupider, yes. Cheaper, not a chance. Really... the guys you pick to run your country... Dont say NOTHING about the Leaders of Ontario. THEY'RE almost as bad as American Presidents. You want to make you're President look better? You damn well better go at it alone. Why should some poor soldier from France of England sacrifice his life so you're President can say he won the Gulf War (or Gulf War II, as it's looking like now) Cheers, PoseidoN "I got nothing against American people, just the American Leaders"
