With 2D it seems harder to me to get the shadows right.

These days I want shadows and light effects in my games :-)

Like 'uh oh, long shadow as the mushroom cloud is still low to the
surface, then extreme brightness, seems someone set me up the bomb!'
(just using my imagination here)
