Scouts? 5 arbiters?

Ok - first - redirect the money you are wasting on scouts and arbiters on a
few corsairs for disruption web. They are completely useless against
turrets, if turrets truly are the problem. (Now stasis against goliaths
MIGHT be useful if you already have an arbiter - but in general, I wouldn't
suggest getting them)

If you have templars around they are going to be shit against tanks - but
gh3y air strikes can be psi stormed, so I am not saying to get rid of them.
But if you have them around be sure that you are making some hallucinations
of a few carriers.

ghosts with lockdown should be able to take out carriers. Depending on his
skill you could have a serious problem on your hands there!

Terran dominates late game - I think your best bet is to try to keep the
game from going on that long.

You might want to consider a land attack if you can get good with disruption
web.

I suggest making some training maps for yourself (UMS maps with triggers) so
that you can practice mad disruption webbing. It takes a lot of practice to
get good at laying 6-12 of them out. Learn the hot keys and make control
groups.

When you have that many units on the board, it is going to come down to a
lot of micro management.

If you are doing something like arbiter recall to get people inside his base
with the arbiter then that might work - but it sounds like you are just
using them for air support, which doesn't make a lot of sense.
