I suppose this game will support any chipset which has got an OpenGL-driver available... Chippy schrieb in Nachricht <78fle6$ec8$1...@infoserv.netkonect.net>... >Does anyone know if Quake 3 will work on a Power VR card? > >

No it will NOT work on Power VR PCX-2. It does not have native OpenGL support, and it generally thought to be below a Voodoo1, which has been stated as minimum. On a similar subject - the first card based on the new PowerVR250 chipset has been announced. It should be released at about the same time as Q3A, and have performance comparable to a Voodoo 3. -- Andrew Gillett http://argnet.fatal-design.com/ ICQ: See homepage "Saint Valentine - the patron saint of making sad and lonely single people feel like shit." - Stewart Lee

Oh well. It's just that GLQuake can support PowerVR if you get the driver so can GLHexen and others. I thought you could do the same thing with this. Unreal supports PowerVR and to be honest I dont see a lot of difference apart from the curves.
