What are they, and what do they mean?

One is a raised "black power" fist in a wreath, one is a sniper's
scope in a wreath, and the last one is a yin-yang above two crossed
swords in a wreath.

So...what do these refer to?

Awards... gauntlet kill (I think), 75%+ accuracy in shots fired, no
deaths. Anyone who actually got those awards should know what they
mean - ie vocal prompts. There are three other awards (get them!)

Check out a strategy guide like:

	http://www.bosskey.net/q3a/awards.html

The voiceover also says what they are as they appear on the screen.  The 
last one, the crossed swords, is only available in single player (which 
is why it isn't on the above guide), and is just the number of 
cumulative frags you've gotten.
