Yeah.

Their reasoning is extremely weak, they usually are convinced someone cheats 
because they just can't imagine themselves ever being able to move and shoot 
as fast and accurate as the person that's kicking their asses.

Those idots would crap themselves if they ever played the people that beat me 
regularly. :)

Only thing I hate is when clan twinks drop in DM servers and gang up on 
singles.  It's a constant in HL2DM servers now.
But a better player than me?  Bring it on, I'll learn how to frag em :)

Funny, that, I haven't had HL2 installed in ages, yet Quake 2 and Diablo 
2 still get played regularly. <g>

It's weird, but I almost NEVER see that in quake 3. Lots of 'clan' members 
play on the servers I do, and I can't ever recall them ganging up on anyone.

I'm about to install Unreals, my Quakes, my Tombraiders (all 7) in the 
32 bit boot.  Lots of these older ones won't even install in the 64 bit 
boot.  x64 just don't like em.   HL2DM is good.  I don't want team play 
or CTF in it or in the Unreals.   The only CTF I really had fun with is 
Quake and Quake2.  Q3 just didn't have the Blessed Hook ;)

Q3 is a quite different game.  Gameplay and maps are very different. 
I'll throw another one in here.  CS twinks.    No matter whether they're 
CS players, clanned or what, a pair or trio drop into a DM server with 
wide open (rules wise) maps.  They use regular TDM map tactics and do 
the 'keep away' game to nail the top slots in server stats.   I'm sick 
of em.

I know of 5 handles/IP's that rotate through a few DM servers.  They 
play, they get called out, they insult and they leave.  They're back a 
little later.  Different handles, same IP's.

I'll take it to the aghl ng.  :)

It's been known to happen in Q2, though. There's a condump on Lamerkatz 
that features a couple of clanners ganging up on people on a Q2 server.
Of course they recognised each other due to using the same skin and got 
utterly confuzzled when DarkNova started pulling the same stunt ;)

Ahhh, lamers, don't ya love 'em. Just as bad as the losers who use bots 
and wallhacks, spawn camp, or whine endlessly about having a 60 ping 
when everyone else has 50 ;)

Wow.  So where the heck were they when WE were just elated to get a sub 
200 ping in QW???  LOLOL!   I was so addicted to QWCTF and Q2CTF I would 
try to hang in with a 400 ping until I got the dreaded PJOD!
I think the P4 with a gig of ram and eVGA 6800 128 meg with regular XP 
Pro will do ok for the batch of old games.   I can suffer along using 
just a measley 19" LCD 4ms flat panel in 1280x1024 ;o)
The 20.1" and 1600x1200 with X2 4800+ and 7800GTX 256 meg will be for 
anything that will run in x64, even if only 32 bit mode.
