Help - I've been banned

Sometimes I like to play some of the servers with the demo version of
quake3. I particularly like "The New R@ilpro" but for some reason I've been
banned. I honestly cannot think why!  Does anyone know how I can contact
the admin. so that I can find out?

Thanks for that.  It looks like I'm allowed back on now but I'll still try
to find out why I was banned for a couple of days.
