I'm trying to log on and play but it keeps saying i need the excessive/description.pk3 file. The thing is... I DO HAVE IT! Can someone please tell me what's going on?

    Sometimes this will work.
If a mod server won't let you in and gives a msg about
the server not allowing downloads and go elsewhere for the file.
   In q3/that_mod_folder, open q3config find the line:
seta cl_allowDownload "1"
   Change the 1 to 0 (that's a zero)
