Q4 Final Boss?

I just fought a couple of silver spiders, and now I've got to deal with a guy with a deep voice and a Krusty the Clown laugh. Is this the final Boss, or is there more after that? Any tips on how to defeat him? The spiders took a lot to kill, leaving not a whole lot to deal with Big Ugly. Or is this a waiting game?
