Quake 1 was cool:

People fighting over rocket back packs.

For example.

A player called King collected many rockets. Like 100 or 120 or even 150 or 
so.

And then started owning the level with many many rockets.

If somebody called him he would hunt you down to re-collect his rocket back 
pack which you stole from him.

This was something very cool.

Something which is unfortunately not possible in Quake 3.

If you blow yourself up and then re-collect your rocket, you will always get 
10 rockets no matter how many were in there.

That kinda sux.

But oh well.

(Only other thing wrong with quake 3 is: it has no secret passages :( and no 
elevators :( ;) :) and no water ? oh well )
