I don't. The beauty of it is that I don't really care, either. :)

I've seen demos of people using them, and it CAN sometimes be hard to tell, 
but usually if someone specs them, it becomes obvious. I think 90% of the 
people I play with would never even consider it though, the game is just too 
damned fun to worry about cheating.
