But I have to agree that it certainly looks like a memory/bus timing problem. You might try reset the BIOS to its defaults/failsafe settings. Another possibility is that you'r running a lot of background processes and that your virtual memory settings are wrong. Just a suggestion, probably ok. Ursa..
