Q3 server with Actiontec GT701-WG?

Hello.

I have Qwest ADSL and I use the Actiontec GT701-WG router.
I am trying to run a Quake 3 server, but no one connects to it and
I am unable to see it in Quake 3's built-in browser.

I have done the following to get things working:

1. Gave my Quake server box a static IP on the lan (192.168.0.2).

2. Set up port forwarding on the router. Ports 27960 through 27990,
both TCP and UDP, are forwarded to 192.168.0.2.

3. Launch the Quake 3 server with the "dedicated 2" option.

I have tried this with the built-in Windows Firewall both enabled
and disabled. It has no apparent impact either way.

Suggestions?
