i dont consider using mg spam unless your spawn camping , what i do
consider spamming is the constant use
of  a weapon  with out letting go  and without aiming , example ..

spawning  / shoot till ammo gone  with out hitting a single person  ,
spamming shows lack of skill and respect for other players ,
especially if you play the exceccive mod and you spam rockets
thats where the lag part comes in  ,, altho rockets may not lag a
server it can  and will ,
cause fps lag and or connection lag for those players with older video
cards and slower connections ,
( if your getting 40 fps or less or  ping is higher than 200 spamming
rockets is the easiest way  loose a match )

but then again  this is just my 25 cents worth
( long time excessive player )
