On 10/19/2005 6:50 PM McGrandpa brightened our day with:

I think it was the XP firewall warning window loading in the background
causing the setpoint issue, all good now.
Played through the first few levels of the SP campaign. It's fun, so
far it reminds me a little of Star Wars: Republic Commando, which I loved.
Here's some shots I've taken:

Screenshots just don't tell the tale though, there are some opneGL guys
at the nvnews forums who were playing around with offset mapping in Doom
3, stuff that looked really cool, though not quite right because the
textures weren't done for it. Q4 has it, and it's really cool.
I've yet to fire up F.E.A.R. much yet, though I've played the demo and
thought it was lots of fun. I think F.E.A.R. would be a good game to
test your X2 on, lots of physics and AI to strain the processor.
