Help with a bind please?

I am trying to make a bind to turn cg_enemymodel OFF (and back on) in OSP 
with binds. 
Default (no forced models) is cg_enemyModel "" but it wont see the quotes 
unless they are actually typed into the console. I can't get it to work from 
a bind. Anyone know of a way to do this? Here's what I have tried so far:
bind ] seta cg_enemyModel "tankjr/pm"  <---- works fine
bind [ cg_enemyModel ""  <---no go on these
bind [ cg_enemyModel """"
bind [ cg_enemyModel 0
bind [ cg_enemyModel 1   <---these last two just make everyone else Sarge
