Is punkbuster enabled?  If so, disable it and see if problem persists.

This is a memory leak - usually video driver induced, however that 
shouldn't be an issue on dedicated server.  Punkbuster does stealth 
memory scans, which may cause issues (read: MANGLE) with memory 
management...
