Is it a homebuilt system?  Are you overclocking anything?

Sounds like a stability problem, or a faulty hardware component.

How does MEMTEST86 or CPUBURN4 perform?  SisoftSandra?

PS - why do you bother to capitalize Quake or G-force (or I)?
