i have just bought a chipped ( executor 2 ) modded xbox for 200 in the uk

plenty of games available and you can FTP via network port on xbox

So id choose xbox as its microsft'ed based and can be modded to fu*k

plus u can exchange the hardrive for a 120GB + HD if u desire and
pre-install your games

so many many things you can do with an xbox

one tip though...dont try to play online once chipped ( they dont seem to
like this much )

Other than that Xbox rulez

graphics wise..i cant comment as ive only seen a few ps2 games and although
they look cool.....not sure on gameplay
