I currently use Sygate Office Network to share my internet connection,
however, even while using the bandwidth management I still get lagged out
when other people use the net in my house. Is there a program that will
give me more control over how much bandwidth other people will suck off of
my connection? Is there a program out there that will let me say "give them
5k/sec no more, and give this computer top priority,a dn this computer can
only use the net between 8 to 5" etc etc? Must be for XP.
Thanks in advance.
