Do I need a graphics card that supports GL to run Q3 ?

I downloaded and tryed to run the Q3 beta version .
I have a Graphics Blaster card with the Cirrus Logic Laguna chipset .
Will Q3 run with this ?
The error message says something about a GL driver .
