I cant remember what game issue I saw it in but I think it was in PC
gamer, and they were speaking with John Carmack, and he said that it
first started out to be a mission pack for Q2, but then they dumped it
and started to make it as a sequal,  I have tried looking for the Mag
that I read that out of, but havent been able to find it,
